There are still many units available in Phase 2 of London at Heritage Station and the builder is trying to sell them off. The difficult chore is more difficult when there are so many other units available in Phase 1, without the cost of GST and with drastically reduce price tags.
The future plans for this development by Westcor Properties include a fitness centre, private movie theatre that tenants can book, a grocery store, and other number retail outlets. There also will be a enclosed walk-way from the development to the Heritage C-Train Station.
